CHRYSANTHEMUM - 1934 Savoy recipe

  • 3 dashes Absinthe
  • 1 oz Benedictine
  • 2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • Garnish with an expressed orange peel

INSTRUCTIONS

Add ice to a mixing glass.
Combine all ingredients in the mixing glass and stir for 20 - 30 seconds
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or martini glass
Garnish with an expressed orange peel
