BIJOU - 1900 Harry Johnson's Bartender's Manual

  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1 oz Dry Gin
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry

INSTRUCTIONS

Add ice to a mixing glass.
Combine all ingredients in the mixing glass and stir for 20 - 30 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
